In a saturated cosmetics market, the challenge was to create a brand that stands out by addressing the needs of the modern woman and skincare newcomers. Lilac Bloom aims to simplify skincare routines by offering pre-packaged, goal-oriented product bundles that respect the environment, combine natural and effective ingredients, and meet the time constraints of busy lifestyles. The brand targets women balancing personal care with broader responsibilities, as well as teenagers beginning their skincare journey.

The cosmetics industry is crowded with brands emphasizing natural, bio, and cruelty-free values. To differentiate Lilac Bloom, the strategy had to go beyond generic promises and focus on delivering a simplified, efficient user experience that genuinely fits into customers’ hectic schedules, while maintaining ethical standards and product effectiveness.

The Result:
Starting from scratch, I developed the entire brand identity: name, logo with symbolic meaning, graphic charter, and messaging that aligned with the target audience’s values and expectations. I designed product bundles tailored to specific skin concerns, simplifying choices and encouraging compliance. The project culminated in a comprehensive 120-page report covering market analysis, brand strategy, product mockups with detailed ingredients, a sample communication campaign with social media posts, and brand guidelines. This full-package approach demonstrates both strategic vision and operational execution, showcasing an ability to create coherent, market-ready concepts even in competitive sectors.
