The Goal:
KZ CONCEPT AUTO is a family-run auto repair garage with a strong local reputation but no digital footprint. The primary goal was to modernize the business by crafting a clear brand identity and establishing an effective online presence to reach new customers and showcase services and products professionally.

The Challenge:
The client, an experienced but traditional mechanic, had no familiarity with digital marketing or social media. The challenge was to bridge this gap by creating a comprehensive, easy-to-manage digital strategy and visual identity, overcoming resistance to technology while making the business visible and credible online.

The Result:
I developed the brand from scratch, designing a logo, visual chart, business cards, flyers, and banners to reflect the garage’s professionalism and reliability. I set up and managed Facebook, Instagram, and Leboncoin pages, carefully structuring product and service listings for maximum clarity and appeal. The strategy focused on consistent branding across platforms, regular content publication, and easy customer access to services. This multi-channel approach improved KZ CONCEPT AUTO’s visibility, attracting new local customers and building a foundation for ongoing digital engagement.
